Strategic Rhetoric and Authentic Communication for Management Teams

The management team is the heart of your organization. But the power of that heart is defined by the ability of the team and the leaders to communicate.

Insight work

This coaching program is specifically aimed at management teams who are willing to go deeper in their communication through directly experienced insights, practical training in front of the camera and individual feedback with a focus on achieving a more strategic, authentic and confidence-building rhetoric.

The challenge for the management team

The communication of the management team needs to be able to build trust and persuade in a variety of contexts with varying rhetorical purposes, from management colleagues, staff, press and shareholders, from large stages and small meeting rooms, digitally and physically.

Tailored for each group

We are all different and bring with us varying experiences and aptitudes. Therefore, the content and practical exercises are shaped according to the starting point, needs and contexts of the group.
