Before the first session, the participant will be asked to fill in an online speaker profile with reflective questions about their prior knowledge, challenges and objectives.

Final presentation and review of speaker profile and action plan
A final session where the participant gives their final presentation and receives a review of their unique speaker profile with a 40-point analysis of their rhetoric, from content to delivery.
The coach goes through a clear action plan with the participant's main areas of development and how they can continue to work on and develop their rhetorical skills in the future.
